Need to get your anxiety under control?

Are you an adult with severe anxiety?

Looking for an experienced female hypnotherapist in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire?

Want the flexibility of appointments in person and online?

Do you suffer frequently with any of the following?

Brain fog

Feeling overwhelmed

Anxiety and panic attacks

Frustration and exhaustion

Insomnia or disturbed sleep

Strong feelings of guilt and shame

Flashbacks or painful memories

Feeling stuck or hopeless

You are not alone. Most of my clients have at least one of the above symptoms when they present for therapy.

What is involved?

My approach is to combine modern neuroscience, psychotherapy, mindfulness and hypnosis.

In structured therapy sessions, you will be given the tools to break the negative cycle of thoughts, and learn how to start focusing on the positives again. Whether you’re aware of what triggers your anxiety or not, hypnosis can get to the root of the problem and change how you react in stressful situations.

How does hypnosis work for anxiety?

Hypnosis allows you to let go of unhelpful negative feelings, images, thoughts, emotions or sensations you’ve been holding onto in your mind or body. It creates the headspace for you to effortlessly come up with your own solutions to the obstacles you’re facing in your life.

My clients will often say that they are sleeping better than they’ve ever done, that they have more energy, more confidence in themselves, and no longer fussed by what others may be thinking. That is freedom.

“Firstly can I thank you for what I can only word as rescuing me. I was spirally into terrible anxiety and depression and I couldn’t see any way out. The session we had on Tuesday was like a reset when you turn your mobile off and back on again when it’s playing up!

As you suggested I’ve still got the thoughts but the anxiety is no longer there – I feel really good in myself. I’ve slept really well both Tuesday night and last night. I’m enjoying doing the day to day things again like taking my dog for a walk and interacting with my children. I’ve woken up today I think even better than I was yesterday… and because of my good mood it feels like my heart is racing a bit. I even managed to go into my son’s school this morning and hear him read to me – something that was never possible prior to our session.

I am so grateful to you for helping me when I was literally at rock bottom – the work you do is amazing! “
